Neuro20 distributors register and claim VA clinics they're negotiating with — recording clinic name, POC, contact details, visit dates, and outcome summaries. Neuro20 admins can view all claims, reassign, or override. Duplicate clinic detection prevents attribution disputes before they happen.
VA orders are issued to Affirmative Solutions as the billing customer. The system auto-links each SO to the corresponding VA clinic in the Neuro20 portal, identifies the assigned distributor, flags mismatches or unlinked records, and notifies the distributor when an order lands under their profile.
A dedicated tab (visible only to VA-licensed Neuro20 distributors, toggled by Neuro20 in CRM) showing claimed clinics, linked patients/departments, associated sales orders, shipment tracking with tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates.
